Spiced Cider (non alcoholic)
  1. Apple cider
  2. One peel of an orange
  3. Juice of half of orange
  4. 4-5 Cloves
  5. 2 Sticks of Cinnamon
I use a crock pot or you can just cook over low heat in a pot. Pour Cider, stick cloves into your orange peel, sqeeze 1/2 of your orange into pot and drop in your sticks of cinnamon. Let it simmer for at least 10 min to let all the flavors infuse. Use caution if giving to kids for it will be really hot right off the stove. This is great to sit on the couch with in front of the fire or just on a cold day.
* For a more adult version you can add any Rum or Brandy I prefer Captian Morgans spiced rum personally :-)
